I remember it like it was yesterday.  Sitting there  staring at the T.V.

My mind was searching for the answer, but I was totally in unfamiliar territory…

I needed answers and I needed them now because I wanted much much more out of life than what my present reality was – broke and hungry for success.

I was thinking to myself how can I get rich young when I don’t have the faintest idea where to start?

It was just a few months after I had graduated university and I was living in a basement apartment, frustrated by my lack of options.

Have you been there?  Are you there now?

I had been searching constantly for a job in my field of study and I’d handed out literally a hundred resumes at this point…

…But no call backs from any employer’s.

Finally, I ended up taking the first opportunity I found.  Selling home security systems door to door.  Yuck!

This post isn’t about that experience, but I will tell you more about that one another time.  It was quite the experience.  I learned some great lessons for sure.  Even got a door slammed in my face!  Twice!

But finally, like a wish upon a star, I met a successful man that would become my mentor who told me things that would change the course of my life forever…

He answered that very question: How can I get rich young?

It had to be a business.  But not just any business.  Not a traditional business.  Not a franchise.  I couldn’t afford either of those options.  Heck, I could barely afford gas in my car at that point!

If I was ever going to succeed with my own business and get rich young, I needed a new age business that would provide me with leverage, time freedom and the income amount that would allow me to live the life I had been dreaming about in my basement when I was asking myself that very question – ‘how can I get rich young.’

What I eventually found would change my life forever.
