Breaking Free From The Home Biz Death Trap That Is Poisoning Our Industry And Enslaving People With An Impossible Dream

I’ve been a full time home biz owner for almost a decade. Most people believe that just because you are a full time home biz owner, you are free to do whatever you want, whenever you want. That’s not always that case. For me, that was my story for a long time. For many years I was nothing more than an employee of my own business. Don’t take me wrong here… I’m not complaining. Being able to work from home and make a living doing so has been a tremendous blessing. That being said, doing what I did was all about making a living… the same thing that most people do working a job.
Having a full time home biz can be awesome but it can also be daunting and tedious if you’re not free to do what you want to do.
Often times people turn to the Internet to subsidize or replace income. For some, that’s doable provided you have the time. But that’s the thing… doing what I was doing required a ton of time. So much, in fact, that I would work 12 to 16 hours on some days. There were other times that I worked around the clock. That’s not freedom! When you fall into that trap it opens the door for things like obesity, addiction and other deadly habits to find their way in, especially if you don’t have the discipline necessary to live above those bad habits. I’m not speaking for everyone here… but the dangers are real. At one point I allowed the body to reach 329 pounds because I was completely addicted to the rush. I loved the rush of the sale and seeing “Notification of Payment Received” hit my inbox. If it wasn’t happening fast enough I worked longer. This meant zero exercise and little time with family. Instead of stepping out of my comfort zone as a home biz owner and focusing on personal development I’d slave away and chain smoke cigarettes to pass the time all in the name of making a dollar.
A Not So Pretty Picture Of The Home Biz Lifestyle?
It’s an easy trap to fall into if your mindset is not on point. On top of that, one of the most painful things to watch was the very people who paid me money to promote a business for them put effort and resources into something only to have it crumble beneath them, as so many “opportunities” do in this industry.
From my perspective, the responsibility for breaking free from this falls exclusively on the shoulders of those who allow it to happen. I was a product of my own creation and no one else was to blame but me.
The Solution To The Home Biz Death Trap
While I realize that my story doesn’t apply to the majority of the people who turn to the Internet as a source of income I know there are many who will relate to this. There is a way to turn all of this around that requires less time and, with a little patience, is much more lucrative if you follow the blueprint and are willing to take action now.
The best way to turn things around is to share your experiences and stories with others through blogging. I’m aware that the topic of blogging is not especially popular with many full time Internet marketers because it’s been painted as the long road. However, if you utilize the right resources, share in the social media and learn how to utilize Google to generate fast traffic (which can be done and is something that can be duplicated now) you can become successful to the point where you will be able to get life changing money with much less time that you are spending by in the hamster wheel.
You can blog about whatever you want to whoever you want (in regards to a niche) and generate Google AdSense revenue, affiliate sales and even sign ups into MLM based home biz opportunities.
There’s more to this than I am going to put in this blog post because it’s already getting long and I don’t want to bore you so I’m going to share something with you that I used, two nights ago (from the date of this post) to reach the front page of Google for the key phrase I was targeting within 15 minutes… which, consequently, lead to the addition of more people to my list through my blog from both Google and the social media.
The lesson I learned? Work smarter, not harder!
to watch “The Lazy Man’s Guide To Extracting Money From Google”.
Enjoy!
