Subliminal messages are a powerful tool for positive change in the life of an individual. Unlike hypnosis, which works by direct suggestion while a person is in a trance state, subliminal messages are undetected by the conscious mind and are absorbed immediately by the subconscious. Once there, the messages are integrated into a person’s way of thinking and believing, which leads to attracting what the person most wants.

The Law of Attraction is the principle that people are able to manifest what they want most in life by thinking about it and attaching powerful emotions to it. Basically, a person’s thoughts can determine life experience and that person will get what they think about. Subliminal messages work with this principle by taking root in the subconscious mind and reinforcing the individual’s conscious wishes and desires.

How Subliminal Messages Work

The use of subliminal messages differs from hypnosis. A hypnotherapist is required to place a person in a relaxed trance state in order to be receptive to positive suggestions. This is because the conscious mind has a guard on duty that acts as a filter for the subconscious. When the individual experiences trauma, the guard stops working as efficiently, allowing negative messages to pass through and reinforce fears, phobias and other negative thought patterns. Hypnosis turns down the volume of the conscious mind in order to help the guard resume its duties and allow only positive messages through.

Subliminal messages are a more flexible approach because the person does not need to be in a trance or a safe environment to receive them. The therapy can be performed anywhere while the individual is wide awake. Subliminal messages are delivered by audio, video or text and are undetectable by the conscious mind, which allows them to slip past the guard and go directly to the subconscious. While this method is a slower process than hypnosis, it achieves positive results over time as a person’s belief system gradually changes.

What Subliminal Messages Can Do

Many people want to make changes in their lives, but are held back by unproductive thought processes that reinforce negative beliefs. This results in the inability to attract positive energy and events so as to improve and move ahead in life. In order for the Law of Attraction to work in the proper way, the individual must first change the way they think consciously in order to jump start changes in the subconscious. Subliminal messages work as a subtle support system for the process of change that a person has already started.

Subliminal messages can help an individual attract more money, the right job and a loving, supportive partner. The method can continue to work by keeping the person in a constant state of motivation even after meeting all immediate goals. The long-term results of subliminal messages is a person who is happy with life and continues to seek success and bounty.

Someone who is acting with the Law of Attraction consciously but still not achieving the desired results most likely has a background negative feedback loop running in the subconscious mind. This can be easily remedied through the use of subliminal messages to support the conscious thought process. This will gradually reprogram the subconscious with positive, affirming messages.

Subliminal messages can bring envolvement and happiness to the life of an individual but only if that person truly desires it. The thought processes of the conscious and subconscious minds must align and be supported by a person’s actions. Subliminal messages are but one implement in the tool box of change.
