Decision Making Process
The decision making process comes in handy in anyone’s life. It is a life learning experience that all people have to go through. Here is the decision making process……1. Identifying the problem, 2. Analyzing the problem, 3. Developing alternate solution, 4. Selecting the best solution, 5. Converting Decision into Action, and 6. Follow up of Action.
In my life, I had to make a big decision regarding my job. I did not like that I spent a lot of time away from my disabled husband. (Identification of the problem). I did not like that I did not know if I had the job from year to year, and that nepotism was involved in the distribution of the job hours. I knew that I needed to work at home, and be my own boss. Who would be fairer to me than me? So now I needed to find a program that would support me working at home and help support my lifestyle.
So in developing my alternative solution, I started to look into various network marketing programs. Now that I made the decision to become a network marketer, I had to select the best solution for me. I decided on Empower Network. So I joined their blogging platform and became an affiliate. I was a part of a team, and had the support of a team.
I still had to make decisions. I needed to figure out how to put good quality content in my blog on a daily basis. I had to learn how to make videos and advertise on facebook. I had to learn to be an effective team leader. So all these things I had to make decisions and figure out.
First, I would like to say, it is important to focus on one thing, especially when starting out. So, I focused on my blogging, as soon as I handled that, I took on another task to handle and master. As I mastered something, I had something of value to teach others.
So focusing on one thing, is a great decision, when you have mutliple things to learn. Yes, you can dabble into the other steps, but your main focus is to master one step at a time. Whenever, I am overloaded with information or work, I have learned to break it apart, and figure out what is the most important item that I need to tackle.
All I can say, is that I am truly grateful that my decision making process has brought Empower Network into my life.
