For the first time in my life I actually spent time with my biological father, grandparents, aunts, and uncles all at the same time. It was pretty amazing. My aunts helped me braid my daughter’s hair, I sat next to my grandma at breakfast, my dad showed me his new car. I learned about my culture, my heritage, my family. It was truly a blessing to have 4 generations in one place at the same time. For most people this is probably nothing, but for me it was a miracle. I started working a traditional job at the age of 14. Since then I have had little to no time or money to travel between work and school. Since I have started working in the home business industry, I have started to have more of both. I can give my daughter what I didn’t have.
It melted my heart to see my 18 month old daughter hug and kiss my grandma before departure and watch her running around my uncles back yard and patio playing with glee. There were so many priceless moments that I captured with my eyes like my husband, father, uncles, and nephews having a deep conversation about basketball in a circle and so much more… I’m getting my life back. I’m getting my family back and it feels soooooooooooooooooooo great! Our family is being restored and it’s truly a blessing to be a part of that process.
This is just one of many benefits of having a home based business. It’s not about the money but what the money can do for you.
