Owning page 1 and spot 1 on Google

So I wrote a blog post yesterday titled “Empower Network | Proof is in the Paycheck.”

In less then five hours I was ranked in the first spot on page one of Google.

How did I do that?

I am no SEO guru.

I have not been online for decades.

In fact, today is my 90 day anniversary with Empower Network.

It was very simple actually.

This was not my first time getting ranked on Google.

So how did I do it?

First, my blog is on the Empower Network domain.

This is important because Google loves authority sites.

The Empower Network domain has been around a long time.

Also there are over 40,000 Empower Network bloggers putting out original content each and every day.

All on the same domain name.

It simply is a powerful vehicle for getting ranked in the search engines.

Google also loves original content and social commenting.

The blog post I did yesterday had some comments on it from my Empower Network team.

This helped it get more rank push in Google.

There are simple SEO techniques that I used that I learned in the Empower Network products.

The more content that you add to your blog the more authority it has.

My goal is to blog every day. I am the blogging badass after all.

YouTube, as well as Google are the two most searched websites in the world.

If you can link the two together you have a powerful back link that will help you rank higher.

I don’t have videos in all of my posts.

But the ones that rank the highest typically have a video in them.
