The Vibe in Chicago and How Empower Network has Grown

One thing that stood out to me this past weekend in Chicago, was the vibe.

In San Diego, it was a whirlwind.

I was a complete ‘newbie’ and I just wanted to see if it was for real.

And I discovered very quickly it was.

In Austin, this past January, it was like a religious experience for me and 3,000 others.

I have never seen so many breakthroughs up close.

Tears flowing and conviction everywhere.

The vibe in Chicago was different.

Why?

Because Empower Network doesn’t have to prove itself anymore.

The company has arrived.

there is certainly nothing to prove.

That shift, was what was so refreshing to me.

I honestly thought there would have been more hype and pageantry.

And instead, there was a quiet confidence inside that theatre.

The leaders all looked at peace.

Because there is no more shouting needed.

The numbers don’t lie.

The incomes don’t either.

And ‘no’ it is not all about the money, but I don’t know how to measure personal development.

But the people I came in contact with last week, all seemed very happy, confident, and proud.

The Vibe of Empower Network stepping into adolescence

After Austin, Dave Wood referred to the event as the “Birth of Empower Network.”

If Austin was the birth, I would say Chicago brings adolescence.

Think about that?

The struggles of getting up and walking, falling down, and getting back up, are over for this company.

Now is stands tall.

And yet, it is still just a puppy.

We haven’t even gotten started yet.

If you could measure growth in terms of a lifetime, the vibe I took away from Chicago is that Empower Network is a young adult.

So what is the vision for this company and what will the vibe be in  Denver?

I can tell you moving forward this company has never been on such solid ground.

There is a legitimacy in the leadership group.

This opportunity doesn’t come around often.

More and more leaders will bring their people to Empower Network.

More and more leaders will develop inside of Empower Network.

We saw several emerge on stage this past weekend, that no one had heard of in Austin 100 days ago.

That is how fast you can leave your mark here.

David Wood painted the vision, of multiple events, spanning many countries, and continents.

Our Team Take Massive Action will be as big as Empower’s first event in Atlanta, in the upcoming 9 months.

They predict that Empower Network will be a top 50 site in the world next year.

Top 50.

In the world.

The products are innovative.

The leadership is rock solid.

The brand is now established.

And the company is just plain cool.

(Or, like I like to say Badass)
