Like many people in the world I have younger siblings and everyone has their problems with them, I’m not acceptation to this rule. I have two younger siblings, two little sisters, and each of the really, really different from me.
I am an average height heavy set female who grew up in a small village of Nikolaevsk, Alaska with family all over the place but I always felt alone. I don’t have a reason to be feeling alone but I have. It was probably because when I was sixteen years old when I wound up in the ditch. I was so terrified.
What happened was it was December 25 and I was traveling to my aunt’s place, which was about eighty miles away from Nikolaevsk. It was a nice day with sunshine and light outside but unfortunately the road was covered with icy. My sisters and I were halfway to my aunt’s place when I began fish-tailing in my little Ford Focus; it’s a front two-wheel drive car. The car swerved into the other lane then strangely it was if someone pulled my car off the side. My car landed in the ditch, I know it’s not a major accident but it scared me. I began to blame myself for everything bad that happened and I was never able to talk about it with anyone.
My sisters promised not to say anything and they didn’t. They protected my secret for a long time, I still don’t think they talk about it at all, which makes me happy. I’m really grateful that they protected me.
Now the middle sister is a tall and lean with sort of a princessy streak. What I mean is that sometimes she thinks she is high and mighty and everyone should bow down to her. Now I’m not saying that she does this all the time; its only certain times when she acts like that, sometimes it makes me cry but that means I’m really sensitive. Anyway I’m always compared to her, whether it was grades, athletic abilities, or in weight and it was tearing me apart. I wound up resenting her for a long time but now I think the rifts are beginning to heal between us. It’s mostly my fault for resenting her because I believed what everyone was saying about me and my sister.
The little sister is more like me, average height and heavy set girl with a stubborn streak which is similar to most red-heads. She is someone that I can relate too because for a time I resented the things that my parents told me but hey they are parents; they are there to help you and advise you no matter how old we grow. Since I’m out of the house things have gotten bad inside the house but once you move out…it’s very difficult to move back in. I love my family and friends down in Nikolaevsk and I would love to help my sisters out but if it’s in my grasp I will not move back home. It won’t help anyone to move back home. That’s what I believe. Here is the general overview of my sisters who are very different from me but very similar.
