Jake is your regular guy. If there’s anything special about him, it’s his extraordinary dedication to business and passion for success. He was raised with a rather large family, being the youngest of seven children.
He started his career as like most American teens do, working in a pizza place; but, unlike other kids who would jump from one job to another, he showed dedication to his first job, and this is where he developed the strong passion of owning his own business.
His next venture was in real estate, and in 2002, he started a real estate investment company in Southeast Michigan. From 2002 to 2008, he bought and sold over 400 properties. This is where he learned the successful practice of having a strong business system in place in order to have success.

Unfortunately, in late 2008 the real estate meltdown hit the Michigan market very bad and Jake did not adapt to market fast enough. This bump in the road left him with buyers who could not borrow money from banks to buy his properties, which resulted in several properties that could not be sold. These properties soon lost 90% of the market value, and a huge equity loss was taken.
Understanding that things happen for a reason, Jake Oliver owes all of his success to his real estate experience, and if it hadn’t been for real estate, he would not have met his beautiful wife and 3 wonderful children.
His world and happiness are centered on his family. He takes his inspiration and joy in what he does from the great life he is able to provide to the most important people in his life, his family.
Jake now focuses his business energy on the internet marketing and network marketing business model. Being able to help others succeed in their life and business is what keeps him motivated.
