People think writing articles is easy, but when they get into it, they find out how wrong they are and turn to me for some article marketing tips.

When you are just starting out, writing articles may seem a little intimidating, this is why you need to practice, practice, practice. Not even the best article marketing tips will help you if you just sit around whole day, reading them and not doing anything.

When writing your blog posts, you might be tempted to shorten your articles and stop writing at about 400 word; resist this temptation, Google loves longer articles.

There are a lot of sites that will pay you to write for them, but of my honest article marketing tips would be to sharpen your skill first.

You need to get a feel for writing, find out what your readers like, what they don’t like, so you can write good articles and make money.

Connecting with your readers may be a challenging task. But, sharing personal stories may do the trick. If you write about something that has happened in your life, your opinions on current topics, or just give some examples through your personal experience, people will get a feeling you are a “real person” and want to know more about you.

Now here comes the juicy article marketing tips.

When you get more experienced, you will start looking for some keywords to target. Think of them as questions as people are looking for answers to these question. If people find you helpful in solving their problems, they will love you and make you popular pretty fast.

Make sure you pick the sites you are submitting your content correctly. Read their policies and terms of service. I know that is boring but you must get familiar with all of their rules if you are expecting to get paid.

There are some sites where readers will be able to leave their opinions. When writers ask me for some article marketing tips, I tell them to listen to their readers. Readers will often point out the mistakes you made and offer some suggestions. Use them to get better.

If you have a website, or a personal blog, make sure you reference it in the article you are writing. Give people the ability to come in contact with you and ask questions.

I already talked about the importance of picking a good headline, but there is much more to it. A good introductory content must follow a good headline. If you give your readers first class headline and offer poor quality content, they will not be very happy.

Article Marketing TIPs! Writing articles can be a good way to get some backlinks to your website or personal blog. Regardless of the use of your articles, you must write great content.

Constant writing will improve your skill, but also will reading. Make it a habit to read as much as you can. I like to read for about 30 to 60 minutes every day, immediately after I get up; you can try it as well.

I almost forgot one of the most crucial article marketing tips. Create great content.

No one will like you or your articles if you just try to sell them something or advertise your service. Offer real information and try to help people with your articles.

You may find writing articles to be a hard job, but it will get easier as the time goes by. And, always remember, all the best article marketing tips in the world won’t help you if you are not willing to make an effort!
