Have you ever wondered and asked yourself “Can I Succeed In A Business Online”? Especially if you are coming from a background with no experience at all in business or building one.
I have and I am going to be completely honest it sucks to feel that way. I didn’t even know what a business online entailed when I first got started a few years ago. Of course, back then it was it was easy to explain, just go out and start talking to as many people as possible to get you business exposure to the masses, that was it.
The problem with that technique, is that like many people having the dream to start a business online, they normally didn’t come into this industry of an online business with a salesman mentality,background or want for that matter. Which more than likely has them wondering and asking themselves, can I succeed in a business online if I don’t like being a pushy salesperson.
It was that way for me when I got started, but I wanted to succeed very much, so I tried the strategies that were being taught by the businesses I was in at the time. Needless to say I failed at it for years, but like I said I wanted to succeed at a business and generate an income to help my family so I continued learning.
I do have to say nowadays when you ask yourself can I succeed in a business online, you really have to look at what it is that you are doing that would bring that question up. I had a conversation with a business associate the other day, and we were discussing the pitfalls people fall into, us as well when first starting out in business. I am sure many people can relate to this because we absolutely did.
One Reason Why People Ask “Can I Succeed In A Business Online” Is Simple To See
Have you ever heard of the shiny object syndrome? When people get this syndrome, it most definitely will have them questioning can I succeed in a business online, because when they get it, they lose focus on their mission and their WHY.
It is easy to get caught up in the latest system to create an income that most top earners in your business are using. What I believe happens, and I say this because I have experienced it a few times, is that when we are taught in the business to model those having success and do as they do, we go a little to far with it.
What I mean by this is that when someone who we are following starts doing something new and using a new method or system of building their business, we tend to want to follow because of the success they are having, or have had in the past.
When we start to change the way we are learning how to build a business online, and constantly change or stop to do something different, we lose the momentum of what ever progress we are having whether it is little or big. That alone will have you wondering and asking yourself can I succeed in an business online, or am I just wasting my time here.
If you would just learn to focus and just stay with what you have in front of you, until you are getting results from what you already are learning. You will never have to worry about can I succeed in a business online again. It isn’t about the next big thing that came out that the top earners in your business are doing, because they have already got the results from the first thing, and are now using another thing to build their businesses even bigger.
Eventually you will be in the same situation, just keep laser focused on what you have now, and don’t worry or get distracted by anything else that is brought your way. The question of can I succeed in a business online will never come your way, it will be more like what can I do now to succeed in my business even more when the results are in.
