What You Input Affects Your Output
How has your output been lately? When I say your output I am referring to your general work output, your thoughts about your self, your words to others etc.
After being sick for a week, sprawled out on the sofa, my usual routine was interrupted.
One of my usual things is to listen to audios. I would normally be listening to inspiring things from people who are in positions that I want to be in.
This is a very powerful act and can be very valuable.
As I was sick I didn’t listen to anything over that week.
I found it really impacted my output.
I found myself feeling discouraged and doubting my abilities.
I found where I would normally have something to share or encourage other people with, I had nothing. I was allowing my sickness to get on top of me and pull me down.
I realsied, I hadn’t listened to anything for a whole week and I know that this played a major part in how I was feeling.
What you input into your mind truly does impact your output.

So ask yourself, what do you input on a daily basis? Is it valuable, wholesome stuff that will inform your thinking and the even the way you feel about yourself, or is it junk?
By junk I mean, rubbish TV programmes, gossip magazines, negative music etc.
This stuff will seriously impair your output.
If you are lacking in success, making money or even just having something beneficial to say to somebody else, I would strongly urge you to look at what you are inputting into your mind.
My guess is, your input is rubbish!
It’s just like eating. If you eat chocolate and junk food all the time you will soon to see the outward affects on your body. So it is the same with what you feed your mind.
Today, make a decision to start inputting value and goodness into your mind in order to change your output.
Find quality audios from people you aspire to find audio books that you know will benefit you.
I truly believe if you do this you will start to see a difference in your life.
