[GROUND BREAKING] Here’s a powerful story that involves a hopeless abused teenager about to commit suicide, and in an instant his life was changed by Pace Institute of Karate, and now he has a vision that involves helping every kid feel loved and hold on to their dreams by teaching them the magic of Karate!

Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.

So Why are you living right now?

So this a powerful story, that was actually from an experience my buddy Devin had the other day. In fact he’s going to take over this blog post and so here are his words…

It’s about Teaching people Life Skills that will make them successful…

Do you relate to this story, and have you been through some rough patches in your life? Want to learn how to turn all that around and not only find yourself but be financially stable and able to live the life you always dreamed of? Then Click Here Now because after the page pops up and you put your email in, watch this 30 minute training video of how two homeless people beieved in their dream and started a company that was about getting people financially free within 90 days!

So it begins…

So I pulled up to the dojo parking lot, just like a normal day. It was raining out and I ran to the huge white building that housed all my hopes and dreams for 7 years. I opened the door and as soon as I step into the light a wave just pours over me and seems to wash away all the worries and my dreams just start to live and prosper. Going up the stairs on both sides of the walls are all pictures of all the wonderful memories I’ve ever felt here, and it’s like seeing a timeline for how much I’ve grown and in such a short time. Everytime I look at  them I just smile and it just anchors and reminds me of why I train and teach Karate and that I’m going to give it my all.

When I reach the top of the steps, and see my Karate family, my smile just can’t seem to hold back as I hug, kiss, and shake hands with everyone there. Smiles fill the room and it just makes you feel beyond words. Then I look down and there are the 4 and 5 year olds asking “Mr. Devin” how his day was and then I give them a noogie or pat them on the head or give them a high five, and as I greet everyone openly and warmly and finally I make my way to the back and change into my Karate Gi.

Putting it on is the same feeling everytime, it’s like putting on a super hero costume. I just seem to transform as I start tying the Gi, and then I look in the mirror that’s on the wall and I tie my brown belt and look at how worn it is already. As I make the final tug of the belt, I just seem to become focused and driven like nothing else, and my goal is to be the best teacher I can be and also train as hard as I can train. It’s not only a goal because I believe it 100%.

I also believe in Empower Network 100% it’s actually changed my life just like martial arts has, because not only is it about freeing yourself financially and making more money than you’ve ever dreamed possible, but it’s about a true spiritual awaking that teaches you to Empower other people and empower a single vision which is to help humanity. So Click Here, put your email in the box and click submit, and watch this 30 minute training video and wait till the clock hits 0… because it changed my life and it could for you as well if you let it.

I walk past all the people do any last minute greeting, and then I walk out to the edge of the floor and my hands slap against my side as I Rei (bow) and give respect to the dojo. The magical part is when I go out on the floor and see all my students and I give a high five or a hug or maybe an inside joke to connect with them all.

However, a new student slinks in the corner and I just see the look on his face, and it’s distant but familiar. It’s the look of pain, it’s the look of a poor self worth and it’s the look that said I cry myself to sleep because I don’t love myself. I immeadiately go over to him before sensei starts class and I bond with him, and I really take an interest in who he is and what he likes. A smile starts to come across his face and even a giggle or two and I equate it to the sun just starting to rise when the red color bleeds across a rather blue sky.

Class starts and I go over by Sensei, the man who I would take a bullet for or do anything else he asked because I love him like a father. this is all because he saved me from me. I do my normal talk with him and then help all the kids with their form and to help them focus on the task at hand.

Then I remember going over to get something to drink and a parent flags me down, and he has this scowl on his face. I don’t recognize him and he will say something that will burn across my memory for my entire life. I will never forget this. He asks me about his Grandson, the new student, and asks me how he’s doing at it and I said he is awesome and actually very good. The look of suprise on his face caught me off guard as he said:

Really? Because he sucks at everything else

He really isn’t good at anything

I almost lost complete hope

This was my face when I was 14, just before the change happened. Look into my eyes and you will see defeat. You will see pain. You will see a low sense of self worth and a person crying for love. I don’t want you or anyone to ever feel like this so Click here Now and see how your life can change instantly like mine did, because change happens in leaps. It’s true because I live it.

I just froze and at the pit of my stomach a wrenching feeling started and a flash back came to when i was a kid and to when someone believed that about me and a tear started to roll down my face and a passion beamed inside of me as I looked at him dead and said to him:

No he doesn’t suck at anything, and in fact…

Maybe the problem is you

You suck at supporting him and you suck at being there for him and mark my words I will help this kid become the greatest he can possibly be and not just him but all of them out there. Because you see Sir, I unlike you uplift my kids and believe in all of them with every ounce of me, and it’s my purpose in life to see that they are even more successful than me, and that each of them is happy and healthy and always dreaming. Just because someone shut your dreams down doesn’t mean you can shut his dreams or anyone elses. I won’t let people like you do that, and that’s why I’m here. I’m not out partying at some frat party, I’m not out running the streets, instead I’m right here making sure that I’m a role model that these kids can model and I’m here for each and everyone of them. I’ve sacrificed that dumb life style so I can see each one of these kids smiling every single day. I will make sure he knows I’m there for him and I won’t sleep until I know he’s dreaming and he’s happy and he’s where he wants with what he wants.

See the difference, and this is the power of Pace institute of Karate and Empower Network. I’m going to be straight up Empower network will not only help you make a lot of money, but it will help you connect with great people that are there to lift you up and think and do things like you.

The guy just froze and my conviction and raw emotion just sent his mind racing to find a snide retort, but nothing came out. he just sat back down and the parents around him felt that as well and they just looked at me and agreed 100%.

That changed my life, because it reminded me what my true passion and purpose was…

So it’s Amir again, and wow this is an amazing story and it really just says one thing and one thing only. What is your real purpose and once you have that, how will it propel you foward toward your dreams?

Now, do you know what your real purpose is?

Hope that Helps

Amir Mahmoud
