Miss Danni

The social icons beside your posts show two buttons by default and can show a great deal more, and almost nobody ever goes looking. Miss Danni wrote the walkthrough that turns them on, which is exactly the kind of small unglamorous fix that gets skipped in every training.

The other post asks which team to join, and it is more useful than the question sounds. She turns it into a list of things to check, starting with what support actually exists and whether anybody answers outside office hours, and she keeps repeating that the decision belongs to you rather than to whoever is asking.

Two posts is not a shelf. What it is instead is two specific answers to two questions people are slightly embarrassed to ask out loud.

If you have a blog on a system somebody else set up and you have never touched the settings, the plugin post takes ten minutes and gives you something back for it.
