Why I Got Involved With Empower Network

Why did I decide to join Empower Network?

This may be one of the most difficult but one of the most important questions when it comes to starting your own home business.  I can sit here and narrow down every possibility out there for joining but I went with 1 answer.

Family

That may sound very cliche but you will understand the meaning why.  My family is the reason I joined Empower Network.  Knowing that I will have the ability to provide for them in ways that majority of people only dream of.  I am married with a beautiful stepdaughter and an AWESOME 18 month old son and I live for them.

An event that helped me come up with my answer.

Back in 2010 I was on vacation in Florida when 1 day I felt a burning sensation in my eye.  At that moment I lost vision in my left eye.  It was a bright white blur.  I visited the eye doctor in Florida where he told me I scratched my cornea.  I started taking eye drops assuming everything was going to be better.

2 weeks later slightly better but not able to see out of my eye clearly, had a complete blurred eye.  I Went back to doctor and was told to get an MRI. Not knowing what to expect, I said of course.  A couple days later results come back and  now doctor tells me to make an appointment with a neurologist.  Now I got a little nervous.

Then in May I met with the neurologist and she gave me the most devastating news ever that effected me personally.  She diagnosed me with MS (Multiple Sclerosis).  That day was the worst day EVER, but at the same time it changed me. That night I realized I can’t dwell on something I can’t control.  I cant let something determine my outcome in life because I realized I am stronger than that and I have more to live for now.

I put everything I was doing on the side.  I reevaluated my situation and realized I have to be here for my family. At the time my wife and I talked about having a child so I was excited and I couldn’t let MS stop me from doing so.

Fast forward to today…

I have a son and my life is complete in that aspect but I was lacking 1 very important element.  Being able to provide for them in unimaginable ways.  I have a desire and a need to be there and make them proud of me.

So I started searching for an opportunity that will help me do so.  Not just any opportunity, an opportunity that actually cares for its members.  I then came across Empower Network and immediately I was impressed.  I was excited and took action.  Knowing that I found a legitimate proven business that provides unbelievable training and support that will lead to extraordinary success is amazing.  Staying up late, working online and then looking at my family knowing that they will be fine is all worth it.

My parents worked hard to provide for me and have instilled that mentality in me.  If I work hard I will have success.  I don’t care how many hours I put it, all I know is there are 3 other people that will live a comfortable life with the ability to do things we wouldn’t of been able to do in the past.

My MS can take away my ability to walk and other things but it can and will not take away the determination I have to become successful and provide for my family.

So that is why I joined Empower Network!
