The bigger your WHY the better you will be able to handle your challenges. Is it for your family, children, the environment or some other cause.
This is not to be mistaken with setting personal goals. It is important to do that. After all, you do need to take care of yourself first. But in creating a reason that is bigger than you, you will recruit more support for reaching your own goals.

Now you start to create power! Now you have purpose and start to create momentum.
Another important step is to develop your belief in what you are doing. How do you do this? Success leaves clues. Find people who have had the kind of success that you want.
