Empower Network Community

Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.

The Empower Network community is amazing!  You have people from all walks of life working together to provide support and motivation to those who need some.  Some are polished, some are rough, and some are average Joes.  I want to let you in on what you can expect from the Empower Network community when you join my team!

Empower Network Community – Structure

Empower Network is structured like most online-marketing companies.  You have an upline sponsor and you sponsor your downline.  Since Empower Network is relatively young it is pretty easy to trace your sponsorship all the way up to the top.  In that regard, I have joined all Facebook groups that were created by each level.  At all levels, the groups are called teams.  We like teams ;)

Since we are located not in cubbies in the same building as a traditional company is, it is important that we all have a place to discuss things and help each other out.  The place is Facebook groups.  There are people who prefer to work alone and that is fine if that is your preference but it can get lonely, especially if things aren’t going as you thought they would.

Empower Network Community – Teamwork

The Empower Network community groups have a combination of people with all types of experience or lack thereof in online marketing.  While we do not help people with technical support, that is what the training and customer support is for, we do our best to point people in the right direction.  We share ideas, successes and even our Oops’s!!

We also do co-op advertising and talk about what is working best.  We discuss the success or lack thereof of capture pages, how many leads we have, where our leads came from, etc.

What we don’t talk about is doom and gloom!  The Empower Network Community is a group of people who totally believe that the system works, myself included.  We have seen it work with our own two eyes and know there is a ginormous amount of room to duplicate and multiply our numbers.  It is often said ‘no wussies allowed’.  While said mainly in a fun tone, it is meant seriously.  The Empower Network Community is not for the whiners, it is a place you can go, when everyone you know is telling you that you won’t make it, to be lifted back up.

Empower Network Community – The Events

There are events where members of the Empower Network Community meet for a long weekend to share and learn.  I have not been to one yet but from what I’ve witnessed, you are with a group of like minded, caring people.  The stories that happened before the last event and during the event are heartwarming.  People tend to share hotel rooms and I know some had more than 5 people sharing with people who couldn’t afford to go otherwise.  It didn’t matter if they had a bed or not, they had a roof over their heads.

Here is one that happened at the event that will warm your heart.  There was a single, tired looking mom with her son in a stroller at the hotel trying to register.  She did everything she could to get there with limited funds.  She felt a strong need to be there so she could be successful in Empower Network.  Everyone in her family told her not to go, she couldn’t afford it and was wasting her money.  At the registration desk she was trying to pay her bill in cash and they wouldn’t take it.  They told her that she would have to go find some prepaid credit cards and they would then register her.  Since she wasn’t from there, she asked where she could find some.  They told her of a store about a half a mile or so away and gave her directions.  Another Empower Network member, who was a stranger to her, overheard what was going on and stepped up.  He said that she wasn’t going anywhere and used his credit card to pay for her room.  Where you touched by that story?  I sure was!

Empower Network Community – My Experience

I’m one of those who typically do not say much (believe it or not).  I do better one on one than I do in groups.  I was welcome with open arms when I first joined the groups on Facebook and I have become pretty open with my postings.  I have been cheered on so many times I couldn’t count.  People believe in me as I believe in them.  We are all on different levels of talent and income but we are all rock stars in our own right!  We support and motivate each other and I have made relationships with people who I have never met (but will at the next event) but I have a bond with.

The Empower Network Community is a strong one.  It’s there for you too so maybe it’s time you joined us!
