True Networkers love serving others

True Networkers love serving others……Leaders actually have that in their heart. We hate to see anyone fail because it is in our hearts to serve. You have to have the passion that you want to help others. It is in your heart and soul.

I had the privileged to meet Franco Gonzalez because of my primary business. He is one that truly makes one a true leader. He is in my crossline but he is someone that I felt his giving heart. I love meeting people and talking with them so I can learn from them. Franco was someone that you listen to and believe his true heart.

In this video, Franco was one of the top income earners with Empower Network. Justin Verrengia did interview with Franco. In the beginning of the video is when Franco received his Empower Network check on stage, Franco said anyone could do it…. But it was in the Interview that Franco said something that meant more to me. He said it was 10 years of loyal followers that he told about Empower Network and they got in. He said you have to have a servant heart.

A true networker loves and has the passion to be a true servant leader. A leader in my opinion is one that has in his or her heart, not about the money but about helping others become a servant leader too.

One of my main reasons why I got into Network Marketing was that I felt I could make some money. I realized on my journey that is so much more. I truly believe one of my the reasons why things turned around for me because I really understood what makes a difference between a great leader. There are some out there that I would say don’t have that true heart but the majority of leaders do have it. They cry when someone on their team has been struggling. A true leader will help any person, no matter what team they are on, no matter if they joined someone else or did not join at all. A true servant leader just loves serving others. The passion I have in my heart is so much different than when I first was introduced to Network Marketing. I have always lived my life given to others without asking anything in return. Now, I feel I have been blessed and so thankful for people like Franco.

Are you a servant leader? What are you giving to others? What have you done to help others? These are the questions that you need to ask yourself. Just keep your head down, serve others and the outcome will be more awarding, then trying to make all the money. The money will come because you are a true networker and love serving others.
