Do You Listen To The Leaders Who Are Earning?

Are you following your leader?
Yes, this is a question that deserves to be asked…
The reason why I say that is because I have not always followed all of the instructions of my leader/mentor at least not to the fullest extent. Even though they always tell us to follow every step to every step each and every one.
I would normally do everything except for the part where it took me out of my comfort zone. See by nature I am a very shy person, and socializing with new people or people I don’t know well never came easy for me. So normally anything that showcased me or put me up front that made me visible, I wouldn’t always do.
Not surprising that was also the thing that was holding me back…
See there’s a reason why the leaders instruct us to do things aside from the fact that they’re leaders for a reason, and we became their mentees for a reason. That reason is because they’ve had something to offer something that appealed to us and something that we wanted to learn from them.
So why is it so hard to follow the leaders instructions?
What we don’t realize is that the less we question the instructions that are given to us the faster we will be able to reach our goal and achieve the success that we desire. When you/we Opt-in or join someone’s programming. They are your mentors and they give you instructions especially via email why is it that there are so many people that refuses to open and follow the instructions in these emails yet expect results as if they did the work they were told to do?
Suffice it to say that the longer we question the instructions from our leaders and only do what we feel like doing the longer it will take for us to achieve any positive results.
“Speaking for myself, at one point in my online marketing career I can honestly say that I never followed all the instructions given to me. Even though I knew the reasons for the instructions and what the results would be. It wasn’t until several leaders at an event pointed out the reason why I should be reading that it became clear to me.
Reading helps with personal development it helps us to grow & broaden our minds and widen our vocabulary. Which in turn helps us to mature mentally and see things from a different point of view not to mention retrains our mind and thought process.
