Mount Rwenzori has its own ultra marathon and somebody in Kasese wrote about it, along with the climbing routes and what the tours involve. Those posts are the original material here and the reason a reader from outside Uganda might stop.
The rest of the blog does something unusual. Full transcripts of university lectures sit here in their entirety, one on biomedical engineering and one on the conversion of Constantine, complete with chapter timings. They are somebody else's teaching, republished whole, and they run to thousands of words each.
Between those extremes are short pieces on money habits, on financial mistakes, on why a woman deserves respect regardless, and a genuinely funny question about having freedom of speech and a telephone bill at the same time.
There is also a post offering a source of free institutional backlinks, which is exactly as grey as it sounds.
Fifteen posts and no two alike. Come for the Rwenzori writing. The lectures are worth reading, but not because he wrote them.
