Show The Plan or Share the Product to as many people as possible. The one that shares the most wins. Share with as many people as possible. I use many different ways to find people to share my business and product with. STP= show the plan, share the product and stuff the pockets.

Read books and a lot of them. I could not read when I started now I read one to two books a month. Work on yourself as much and you work on your business.

Show up to as much as you can. If you stop showing up you will stop showing up totally. You need to attend at lease a meeting a week and ever corporate event your company puts on.. Out of sight out of mind.

Be committed to your product and your company. Commitment is very important in building a MLM business. You need to have belief in your product to sell it? You need passion to succeed in MLM Recruiting. You must have believed in the company.

People join you not the company. People don’t join a company or a product, people join YOU. Be yourself. Become better at relating to people by reading books and being around more people. Allow your upline to correct and refine you.

Have a dream and desire. Give me someone with a desire over someone with talent any day. Talent is overrated. Develop your dream. Have a big dream the worst that will happen is a small dream will come true.

Prospecting tools work very well. Use DVDs or CDs they work. You can make your own, it’s very easy. I did’t like the generic ones you can buy so I made my own. You don’t need to sell your company or product on the CD and you don’t want to sell Network Marketing or MLM on the prospecting CD. That’s what you do on the one on one or STP.

Cold calling is also a good MLM recruiting tip. Cold calling can be scary for some, but once you get used to it, it’s not that bad and can be a great business building activity. No need to buy leads, you can get list of realtors and mortgage professionals and all other groups of people online for free in any city you would like to build in. A good thing about Realtors is most of them have their cell phone number listed.
