Two health posts, both written with real enthusiasm and neither one sourced, which is worth knowing before you start. Jordania Mercado writes the way a friend does when she has found something that works for her and wants you to try it immediately.
The first argues for sleeping without clothes, and gets specific about skin, about the parts of the body that spend all day covered, and about why she thinks the habit is worth adopting whether or not anybody else is in the bed.
The second is about apple cider vinegar, which she carries everywhere and uses on her face, on her body and in a glass. She lists the minerals she believes it contains and the complaints she believes it eases, and presents it as the reason she looks the way she does.
Take both as personal testimony rather than as medical advice, because that is honestly what they are. If you enjoy that register and want something small to try this week, the vinegar post is the one people come back for.
