When you start working at a new job, having a Good Work Ethic can enhance your character.
- Reliable
- Always pushing to be/do The Best.
- Accountable
When you have a good work ethic your chances of being selected for better positions are greater than those with bad work ethic.
So keep in mind, if you’re not getting promoted at your current job or being placed with greater responsibility chances are your Work Ethic or Your Grind isn’t showing that you deserve to be in that position.
On The Grind and Work Ethic
The Terms; On The Grind and Work Ethic are similar in meaning… but doesn’t necessarily apply to everyone.
On The Grind is more of an Urban Term for Work Ethic…. more so used in the sense of being an Entrepreneur vs. Employee…

- Always be on the hustle (engaged in something money-making)
- Newly Successful People tend to be the ones who Stay On The Grind.
