Below is a transcription of this video –
Hey friends, this is Justin and I’m recording this video before 5 AM on Tuesday, April 23rd.
Today I’m leaving for a trip. We’re taking my kids to see their grandparents and I just wanted to talk about–I’m sorry, I’m looking at my notes as far as not looking here, my notes keep on going away.
So, we’re taking my kids to see the grandparents today. Today I got up 30 minutes early. Typically, I get up a 4:30 in the morning and today I go up at 4 o’clock in the morning.
The last seven days I’ve done this, six out of seven days, gotten up at 4:30 in the morning.
On the seventh day, I resented the fact that I wouldn’t do it and I won’t do that again, getting up late.
So this experience is the pain that you feel in the moment is not necessarily going to get in the way of what you’re doing, but the pain of not doing what you want to do to have what you want to have is going to be so much greater.
So we’re going to talk about what does commitment really look like.
I’m going to talk to you straight about what commitment looks like and what it looks like to have you fulfill on your goals and your shock about the ways that you’re going to find at the end of this, the ways that you can actually execute and fulfill on your goals.
So most of you will drop off in the middle of this because the stuff that I’m saying you won’t necessarily like.
I’m not speaking the truth, but I’m speaking a truth, I’m speaking my truth and I’m speaking from what absolutely works. So we’re going to talk about a little bit of history so check out the next video.
