There is a wave…a movement… a happening…

Woman are finally coming up in the world of Network Marketing

I have felt this wave coming for a long time but never thought that I might be part of the energy to make this wave, this movement, this happening come into play in the online world.

I have been in Network Marketing for a long, long time.  Never really making much money but always was in some type of biz op.

In the old days, women were just there to support their man.  What makes that really ironic is that most of the Network Marketing business is made up of woman distributor but it seems that only the men are up on stage giving the motivation speeches.

Well those days are slowly changing…

Now it is the year of the woman…

And that is why I came up with an idea…

But I needed a partner…

Someone who would help to create my vision… And that when I let the universe send me a partner who would help me get my idea in motion.

And Empowered Woman Playbook was born.  With the help of my new partner, Becki DeValle, we have started a program that will help woman become comfortable in leadership roles.  Becki believed in my vision, she had skills that I didn’t have, and she became my best cheerleader, which motivated me let go of my fears.

I never thought that I was a very creative person until I started working with other online marketer.   I guess I had a few more bags that I had to let go of to really let my creative juices flow.

So let me tell you what my vision is for starting Empowered Woman Playbook.

Empowered Woman Playbook is going to be a safe play ground for woman to hone the skills that will be necessary to become leaders of their own teams.  Public speaking is a scary thing for all of us to do but it is a basic skill for leaders to learn.

You might never want to get on a stage but if you are going to grow your business you are going to have to learn how to talk on your feet.  And that is where EWP is going to help.

We are looking to interview woman, woman who are actually building a business, who want to learn from others how they are juggling their lives, taking care of children, taking care of their elderly patient, I don’t know… maybe taking care of their dogs.

What it boils down to is SUPPORT AND EXPOSURE…

We are building businesses that are a new frontier…

Although we sit in front of our computers, we still need to be able to tell our stories, develop relationships with strangers, and finally come out of our shells.
