So, how many reps to you have to do to build muscle? That depends on how you want to build muscle. You can either do it with intense training or regular training. Let me explain how you can do it with regular training.

How Many Reps To Build Muscle?

You can build muscle doing a ton of reps and you can do it with little reps. Which ever way you choose its going to be a pain. Lets start by explaining how people gain muscle with regular training. Here is what regular training encompasses.

First you create a work out plan that includes all of the your body parts to be able to strengthen them. Then you select the best possible workouts for each part. Keep in mind that the body reacts differently depending on how you work out.

So if you work out regular, you will be looking at doing 6 to 10 reps. The goal here is to be able to take train your muscles in a way that requires the muscle to grow. Its actually quite amazing of how the body reacts to this.

When you are working out and you give everything you got to reach those reps, your body sends a signal to all the muscles. It says that they have to get stronger in order to sustain the weight training that you are doing. The body is frankly just trying to keep itself a live.

So the next time you do those reps, assuming you eat the proper meals, your muscles will automatically get stronger and build more muscles to be able to stand the harsh workout. In a nutshell, you can do 6 to 10 reps to build massive muscles.

But also remember that as important as working out is to building the muscles, just as important is the food you eat afterward to supply your muscles with the proper nutrition.
