Shit happens. Just face it. I know it, you know it.
Adversity and obstacles will present themselves, often at the worst times. What are the best steps to take to begin overcoming adversity?
Through my 36 years of living so far, I’ve developed a mantra that serves as a cornerstone in my life….
I can only control what I control…………………………
I can’t control what happens, what obstacles present themselves, what frustrations come my way….
But I CAN control my response to the situation, my mindset in response to the adversity and how I choose to move forward despite adversity staring me in the face.
