Spaghetti squash gets a post treating it as a genuine substitute for pasta rather than a sad one, and there is another on cooking aubergine properly, and both read as somebody who actually cooks. Those two, plus a piece on which fruits help if you are trying to lose weight, are the only places a person is present.
The fitness posts insist all of it can happen at home. Lunges, crunches, chin ups, dumbbells, resistance bands and a skipping rope, with calf raises done both standing and seated so the whole muscle gets worked rather than half of it.
