Finally. A Clear Video Explanation of the Empower Network Compensation Plan by David Wood

Before getting up and running in the Empower Network, it is a good idea to get to know the 100% Compensation Plan model. This is unique to any other affiliate program EVER. My reasoning in saying this is because it actually makes sense, from day 1, and really works.
Watch this explanation from David Wood, then read my thoughts below.

My thoughts on the Empower Network Compensation Plan
This is a model that anyone can make money with, from the top gurus involved (Tracey Walker, Aaron Rashkin, Rob Fore, Lawrence Tam etc…) to the grandma that just bought her first computer.
You make your money back, with your first sale.
You share with your team, and your team shares with you (this is how I explain the “pass-up” model). Everyone is linked to someone else, so you create an mlm blog strategy (or non-mlm), your team does too, you grow, they grow, and everyone is linked and inside a marketing community. It’s awesome.
This is my favorite. The founders earn income the same way everyone else does. Now obviously they will earn more over the first few months, because they started the damn company. Get this straight – David Wood and David Sharpe started the company. It makes sense if they earn a LOT of money. But understand this fact – Because they started it, they get pass ups from the people they bring in. Cool. This is exactly how you make money too. You just need to get your ass in.I got some comments from people saying this was another guru-fest, and only the gurus would be making money.
With other affiliate companies/models, the founder or creator of the product can update some marketing funnels, some sales letters once and a while, but never update the product, and never recruit themselves, and actually keep 30-70% of the revenue!! Think about that. It’s great for them, but why sell something with 30%-70% resell rights? When you could get 100% re-sell right? hmmm.
Each product has a different tracking “code”, but is all based on the same 100% commission with pass-up model. So if you get this, you will buy into all of the upgrades asap. This leads me to the sales funnel they have set up. If you have a team of affiliates that are not upgraded, they will constantly be reminded of this. And what’s cool, is that if you are, you actually get paid, if their customers buy something they don’t own, but you do. This is a powerful process, as you have a team that is inside the system, that is actually being motivated to upgrade. This means more money to you, and also your team automatically is better trained (as the products actually have an insane amount of value).
Last thoughts…
If you are on the fence about the Empower Network (first of all that probably hurts…), but just get in. We have adopted a unified approach, and that is:
