… and came to some startling conclusions.

I hate bonuses!

Now don’t get me wrong… an iPad or a set of speakers is nice.

But come on… does the industry really need MORE people having MORE products they aren’t going to use?

I mean how many training packages are necessary for one person?

What we need are “ACTION packages”.

Bonuses that get people into ACTION… and out of learning constantly.

It’s true you need to learn then act, but how much is too much?
