Benjamin Franklin managed to be a printer, a politician, a postmaster, an inventor and a diplomat, and the post here on his working habits pulls out five things anybody could copy. It is the most concrete piece on the blog, and it is honest that the man simply did not waste days.
A long piece on excellence, borrowed from another writer, makes an argument worth sitting with. Some cultures reserve excellence for a handful of exceptional people while others push everybody towards being average, and neither reading matches what it actually means, which is getting the most out of whatever you were handed.
The marketing posts are more standard, though a couple of ideas stand out: asking previous customers to write your reviews for you, and putting a short ebook on document sharing sites to reach people already searching for what you sell.
Read the Franklin post first if you keep meaning to start something and keep not starting it.
