A recent study compiled by the University of Canterbury in New Zealand reveals that making love is most enjoyable.

During a previous report it was supposedly harder to resist checking social media websites like Facebook or Twitter than the urge to have sex.

Subjects in the study, who were between ages 18 and 85, all living in Germany, were given BlackBerry devices and told to let the researchers know every 30 minutes if they felt a desire to drop by their social networks. They were also asked to document other impulses, like smoking, drinking and sleeping, among others, and rate them from “strong” to “irresistible.” The temptation to visit social media platforms was more difficult to resist than the rest, researchers concluded.

I do not know about you but I feel like a lot of theses studies are awfully skewed to benefit the companies involved.

It is a compelling topic to consider what social media is doing to our daily lives however which is why I can see the need for studies like this, no matter how ridiculous.

What should be considered though is where the studies were taking place and under what circumstances.
