Obama Uses the Constitution for Toilet Paper

Obama got his degree in Constitutional Law, but not for the purpose of following his oath to uphold and protect the Constitution, but rather, how to break from it.

Sound harsh and partisan? Consider this, Wikipedia has ruthless moderators to dispel biased entries, yet if one reads the entry on Signing Statements, you will read in the first paragraph, that Obama has continued the practice he promised never to violate. In this video recording of Obama, he says the use of Signing Statements is illegal, unconstitutional, and that he wouldn’t use them. Instead, Obama lied and he uses them routinely.

Wikipedia says on Signing Statements, “The practice predates the Bush administration, however, and has since been continued by the Obama administration.^[1] In July 2006, a task force of the American Bar Association stated that the use of signing statements to modify the meaning of duly enacted laws serves to “undermine the rule of law and our constitutional system of separation of powers“.^[2] In fact, the Constitution does not authorize the President to use signing statements to circumvent any validly enacted Congressional Laws, nor does it authorize him to declare he will disobey such laws (or parts thereof). When a bill is presented to the President, the Constitution (Art. I) provides three choices: do nothing, sign the bill, or (if he disapproves of the bill) veto it in its entirety and return it to the House in which it originated, along with his written objections to it.”

Obama has twice taken the Oath of Office to uphold the Constitution in front of God and man, yet he deliberately runs a criminal Presidency.

CNBC commentator, Krystal Ball, says it’s okay for Obama to break the Law because, he’s Obama, and that she “trusts” him. She goes on to say it’s okay for Obama to assassinate American citizens without a trial because he’s Obama, and she trusts him. The mainstream media swoons over Obama and gave him billions in free promotion during the campaigns. They applaud Obama for anything they criticized Bush for, because he’s Obama. Damn the Constitution, full speed ahead, as long as Obama is at the helm. Forget all the brave Americans that died for our freedom, the media wants to give away all our freedom in one Presidency, because it’s Obama. Never mind that another Presidency will follow this one, destroy the Constitution, because our forefathers never foresaw the brilliance of Obama. This is their argument. Really? Is that the level of wisdom in the media?

Woody Allen said, he wants Obama to become a dictator. In fact, Americans are so drunk with celebrity and sports, that they are letting freedom be ripped right out from under them and have never even noticed. All the Laws are now in place for a military dictatorship right now. We are not drifting to a Police State, the framework is already in place, just pull the trigger.

One of the most talked about plans to pull the trigger is a biological pandemic that would cause widespread panic and open the door to Martial Law. Many believe that Big Pharma has been contracted to create an infectious disease or virus in the lab and unleash it on the public to open Pandora’s Box so the public will beg for tyranny. The H1N1 Bird Flu virus was thought to be a failed attempt to do so.

The plan was to blitz the media with a scare from hired talking heads and PR agencies to brainwash the public to be ready to line up and get their vaccines that the manufacturers had stockpiled. The WHO (World Health Organization) was caught promoting the vaccine scam for kickbacks. They took their perceived authority to fool the public and governments to load up on piles of the vaccine for profit, but it backfired and the masses rejected the vaccine and left governments with loads of the crap that they couldn’t couldn’t give away. The virus was planted in Mexico and in Asia in hopes it would spread, but they failed. The virus died out.

Trust Obama and Big Pharma? Wise up. Both violate the Laws of America and human decency. Obama breaks the Law routinely, and Bayer corporation, knowingly distributed medicine they knew had live aids contamination which ended up killing children around the world for profit.
