How Does One Handle Stress in These Hectic Times?

My 4 cures for handling stress.
Having something in mind to deal with stressful times can be a distinctive advantage in handling stress.
One approach I use is to sort of step back and take some time to jot down a priority list, organization can do wonders.
Occasionally I will just take an evening off, put the work aside, enjoy a good meal and some entertainment.
My hobbies which are really the charities I participate in are quite a stress reliever, whether it is spending a day at Habitat for Humanity building something with my hands or a Saturday on the Elissa, a 3 masted, 135 year old sailing ship berthed in Galveston at the Texas Seaport Museum. The day might be sanding and varnishing with friends who share the common goal of keeping her ship shape.
I will get on the phone with friends and family we don’t see very often and catch up on what is going on with them, staying focused on someone else other than myself sure helps.
What are the 100 things that I am grateful for?
