Be Crystal Clear In Your Goals…
You might have heard the saying, “Things are created twice. Once in your thoughts and once in realiy.”
Without a crystal clear goal with details to the minute, you have very less chance of realizing your goals.
WRITE IT DOWN!
99% of the population don’t write down their goals and dreams.
The instant you write your dreams down, you belong to the 1% of the population and your chances of success and realization of your goals and dreams becomes more of a possibility than ever before.
In fact I have made a powerpoint presentation of my goals and dreams with pictures, words and I read it aloud and look at the pictures. Then I close my eyes and visualize my goals in my mind exactly as I want it to be.
Step 2 to Win In Life:
Believe You Can Achieve Your Goals…
Whats the point of having goals if you don’t believe you can achieve it? They are not goals, they are mere feather weight wishes which blow off when there is a strong wind.
Your goals should be written on stone, with conviction, confidence.
And with that sort of belief behind you, when you go for your goals, you become a Midas.
People don’t hear your words, they can hear the conviction or doubt behind your words.
99% of the communication is non verbal. However fluent you are in your choice of words, if you are not convinced about what you are selling, the person will decipher your doubts and will not buy from you.
So believe 1000% in what you are doing and see magic unwind in your life like it’s doing in me.
Step 3 to Win In Life:
Create The Right Environment
A singer thrives in the company of singers. An actor becomes better in the company of actors.
Whatever endevour you have chosen in your life, to thrive, you need to find the like minded individuals with the right mindset and a positive attitude.
Otherwise your existence will be disharmonious.
Association is very important.
Kick out the ney sayers from your life and surround yourself with people who dream like you do and who believe that they are going to achieve it, no matter what.
That creates an atmosphere of abundance around you and universe re-arranges itself to bring your dreams to frution faster than you ever imagined.
It’s like planting a seed in fertile place with water and proper shade than planting it in a dreary desert.
You tell me, which scenario is more conducive to make your dream take roots and grow to become an gigantic oak of reality?
You got the answer
Step 4 To Win In Life:
Model The Right Person
Who is your model?
Whom are you following?
Who motivates you with his words, his actions?
Who guides on the right path?
Who is doing your course correction?
Find The Right Mentor.
He is your rocket fuel, he is your steering wheel, he is your gas peddle.
Step 5 To Win In Life:
Give More Than You Receive…
If you can do this 5th step right, half your job is done because this is most difficult path. But if you can master this mindset, abundance will flow like water in your life.
Honestly, I am struggling to implement this step. I am trying and I will be successful.
But for now, I am not satisfied with amount of giving I am doing.
As I have come up with a lot of struggle, spontaneous giving is a hard task for me.
But I have seen so many people who give more than they receive and I am witness to the abundance surrounding them.
My friend Govind Babu is one of a rarity who has mastered this 5th step.
He gave me my life back when I was down and out in 2008.
He gave knowing that I may not be able to give him back.
He gave me courage, motivation, pep talk, loads of cash, a place in his heart.
I want to become like him and I will, God help me.
