For everything you want that you do not yet have, there is a decision you haven’t made yet that it is outside your comfort zone.

The most important component to making money online has nothing to do with technical skills, or your product, or the company you may represent.

You must make a choice that you will succeed.  DO NOT DISMISS THIS.  Hear what I’m saying, as without this, nothing else you will learn or do matters.  You can’t succeed with out first choosing to.

What does this mean?  It means that you make a mental shift.  A small but profound adjustment where you simply decide enough is enough.  You are responsible for your outcomes.  Accept that the way you think and the actions you take get you the results in your life.  Decide you deserve more.  Decide you owe it to your family, you owe it to your kids, to solve the money thing.  Decide you are going to become wealthy, and commit your soul to it. Know it.  Develop in your mind why you absolutely have to do it.  Get fired up, and burn that emotion and confidence into you mind so you can come back to it in moments of doubt and weakness.

Make the choice to take deep breaths, let out anxiety and doubt, and then produce.  You can have short moments where fear and doubt creep in and want to derail you and make you procrastinate.  But you must quickly recognize these, and limit them to a few minutes.  Take a deep breath, get back to a state of empowerment, and get to work.  Execute on the small daily goals and produce.  No matter what you are facing, you put it aside, you focus and you produce.

That is what it takes.  It all starts with a decision that you will do it.  You must have a vivid intention of what you want to do.  Be specific, write it down, visualize, and define a few income producing activities you can focus on daily.

You must execute each day.  The things you will need to do are probably easy to do, but also just as easy not to do.  You must do them.  You must take consistent daily action, and be efficient and productive.

There is no magic formula.  These secrets aren’t secrets at all really.  They are simple and obvious truths that for some reason seem to obvious or simple for people to focus on and ensure they prescribe to.

If you think small, you get small results.  If you procrastinate, it takes a long time to get nowhere.  If you dream, and take massive action, you get massive results.

What is preventing you from having a huge dream?  NOTHING

What is preventing you from committing yourself to this dream?  NOTHING

What obstacles are preventing you from taking steps towards your dream each day? NONE, other than the excuses you make each day because you are afraid to step outside of your comfort zone and do what you know you need to do to get massive results.

There are excuses, and there are results.  You choose each day.  And it is a simple choice.

 You don’t get what you want out of your business, you get what you are

You need to become more than you are right now.  You need to improve your skills, and figure out how to offer value to as many people as possible as often as possible.  You need to model and follow your mentor, and then step it up and become a leader.

The formula is Learn, Do, Teach…. You need to learn exactly what your mentor, who as achieved the success you want doing what you want to do, does and what he/she believes and thinks.  You then need to immediately, and every day, implement what you learned that day, and then you must find an outlet to teach what you’ve done.

You must step outside your comfort zone so you can grow your skills, enhance your value, and become a leader.

Again, no magic involved.  People follow people.  So if you want to be successful in an online business or a network marketing business, you must become a leader.  Would you follow you?  If not, then you know you got some work to do.  No matter how good the product or company is, people won’t join with you unless they feel you can lead them.  They will join you if they feel you can inspire them and help them get to the place they want to go, but are too afraid to get to at the moment.  They need leadership, so you must develop into a leader.

That is the secret.  Leadership.  And you must lead before you have all the success and money and recognition.  You must develop your leadership persona as soon as possible by following the secrets revealed in this post.
