If you completed your homework from Part 1, you may be starting to get the idea behind this exercise. Here is the “skinny” behind this experience, your marketing must come from your “core influence”. To attract partners, who have the same values, goals, beliefs and dreams as you. Your team will be made up of partners that you want to be around and happy to share information with. When your marketing comes from this “core” each partner will be just like that person you meet with whom, you instantly make a connection. People will tell you many different things that they want. The truth is that in its simplest form, wants boil down to just two things: people want new experiences and most of all a new life.
This leads me to the next phase of this exercise. Teach your partners how to identify these new experiences and this new life they want to create. Remember your partners are in congruency with you at the “core” level. Therefore their new life is on the same plane as you. In order to define this and help others to achieve the new life, you must first know what your new life looks like.
How do we define this new life, exercise number 2, answer this question in its smallest detail.
If you have no blockades, no obstacles: “What would your average perfect day look like?”
You might think this is going to be easy, but believe me it’s not. You must start from the time your eyes open to the time they close again at night. It will require a minimum of 30 or more questions that you ask yourself. Example: Where do I live? What is the first thing I want to see? Question by question till I reach, What is the last thing I think about when I close my eyes? This is going to take awhile, think about all the question and decision you must make for that perfect day. Get Busy!
You might be asking yourself , What the Point?. The point in a nutshell is really simple but extremely powerful. The combination of these two exercise will laser focus your marketing efforts down to people who on a face to face basis, you really care about and really want to help and they in turn will do exactly the same. All your marketing will be viewed as a one on one conversation between you and your prospects. Your marketing will speak to your “core” as well as their’s.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this information. If you find it helpful, please feel free to share it.
