150MPH + Hair On Fire = “Empower Network”
Restored from the Empower Network archive (2011–2017), lightly edited to meet our current advertising standards. Views are the original author’s.
I don’t know how many of you have ever had the experience of driving at 150 MPH, but let me tell you it is combination of sheer adrenaline and extreme fear. You are pushed back in the seat so far, it feels like you couldn’t move if you had too, but yet you do. The slightest move causes the most extreme reaction. The world outside goes by so fast, you think at any moment, you will just take off and fly, but you pray that you don’t. Literally hundreds of thought rush thru your mind at warp speed, till you think my hair might be on fire at any moment. Imagine going down the interstate at 70 – 75 MPH, then double your speed and quadruple the issues created by all the other vehicles and obstacles on the road. This just described the world of motorsports racing on any given Sunday in the world of Nascar, Formula 1, Indy car, etc.
I know what you are thinking, has this guy totally lost his marbles, why he would describe this feeling and what does it have to do with marketing and especially the Empower Network. It has everything to do with both. The Empower Network is just like putting a new car on the track, you know what is suppose to do, but you can’t even guess what it going to do. No one could have ever imagined what was going to happen. Just like the new car, the Empower Network came out of the gate smoking, 10,000 new members, 1+ million dollars in product sold, flying up the rankings on the search engines, all in the first thirty days. Oh! My goodness!
Empower Network is out in front with a long race still to go. Oh! No! A tire goes flat (blog issues), no big deal, change it, lost valuable time and position. Still in the race, pushing to get back to the front, we spin out (merchant account can’t keep up). This cost EN time and momentum. Still the entire race goes on and EN is still on the track, keep pushing onward. Then it happens engine blows (server crashes) and the day is done. What did we learn? What needs to be done? Where can we improve?
Empower Network team goes to work builds a bigger, faster, stronger engine (server) then researches for merchant account provider, who not only can handle but wants our business. They hired a team (programmers) to fix any minor issues.
It’s Sunday and the Empower Network is back on the track, ready to compete again. Championships are not won by a single race but by staying competitive for the whole season and beyond. Empower Network is for real and here to stay. Not in already? Why not? Come join the Empower Network revolution.
