The prose has been through a rewriting machine and it shows, with sentences that arrive slightly bent. Work past that and there is real information here, because the property posts know what they are talking about.
The foreclosure piece is the most useful. It lists the ordinary reasons people lose a home, starting with other debts arriving alongside the mortgage rather than any single catastrophe, and it separates deliberate default from simple bad luck without sneering at either.
The flipping post explains the method plainly: find something priced below what it will fetch after work, usually a distressed sale or something old, and be honest about the time and money the middle part takes.
Elsewhere there is a strong piece on trustworthiness arguing that keeping your word is the block everything else is built on, alongside weight loss and affiliate posts.
Twelve posts. Read the foreclosure one if the letters have started arriving, and the trust one for reasons that have nothing to do with business.
