Communication Skills
Have you desired to grow in the mastery of communication skills and connecting with others, but you sometimes don’t feel comfortable or know what to say to people?
One of the most valuable skills in the work place alone is communication.
Communication and the ability to communicate well with others are rated as the most important quality that employers want in their employees.
In school you had a semester course of Speech, and that was it. Now suddenly, you realize that one semester doesn’t adequately prepare you for the valuable verbal and communication skills you need in life.
If that is one of the most valued skills in the workforce, why isn’t Speech a mandate for every semester in High School as well as College?
Think about it…speech or communication should be required for four solid years, if it is that critical in the workforce; and it is!
It takes practice, and actual study; study from observing others, critiquing their methods, modeling, and finally incorporating the new skill as your own.
When I was in Atlanta, GA several years ago at a “More Heart than Talent Conference,” I met speaker Jeffery Combs, President of Golden Mastermind Seminars, Inc.
Combs specializes in prospecting, leadership, personal breakthroughs, mindset training, and all levels of effective communication and marketing.
Entrepreneurs and direct sales people at all levels of development have benefited from his training, which ultimately narrows down to the skill of communication.
If you’d like to connect with mastery of yourself, your skills, and your communication levels for personal growth or business growth, I endorse Jeffery’s conference calls and materials.
Combs had a special call on Communication Skills entitled “I am Free, I am Free,” which I thought you would enjoy.
