Here is exactly the cell phone battery dead issue I was having.
I noticed a week before my cell phone actually died that the phone wasn’t holding a charge as long. Then the cell phone battery would die after approximately 4 hours. Then it the phone would not charge at all.
I thought this was strange since I have only had the cell phone since April 2012.
Long story short, I couldn’t get much help from where I bought the cell phone, they are as helpful as a milk pail under bull.
Another employee from the Virgin kiosk wasn’t much help either, she was too busy texting on her cell phone to bother with my issue. She told me to call Virgin and see if I can get my phone repaired on warranty.
So I went home and collected all my information that I needed to tell the rep. on the phone when I call Virgin.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve dealt with Virgin on the phone for other issues and they were great.
But as I was about to dial, I remembered a friend of mine telling me of the same issue he had with his cell phone battery dead.
He was telling his son about his cell phone battery dead issue and his son decided to look at it. In the process he dropped the cell phone on the floor.
He picked the phone up and voila… The cell phone turned on and came to life.
It’s a miracle!
So I thought to myself…
Why not give the cell phone a slight bang on the kitchen table? What did I have to lose right?
Guess what???
It’s a miracle!
You got it, the freakin phone turned on and is fully charged.
How is that for technology?
Anyways, that’s my story of my cell phone battery dead and I’m sticking to it.
Give this simple fix a try before you call your cell phone provider and go through the pain and misery of shipping your phone back to them for repair and waiting God knows how long to get your cell phone back.
