There are many levels of Empire Avenue. On the surface, Empire Avenue is a stock market simulation social network game that allows users to buy and sell shares of people and websites. The virtual currency used is called “Eaves”.
But really… it’s a social networking platform on steroids and a dream come true for internet marketers.

And not only that, it’s fun…and free!
It’s interesting to research Empire Avenue online and see what the “experts” say…
I have seen dozens of “reviews” that pan Empire Avenue as another Angry Birds waste of time.
I have seen others trash talk the concept of owning “shares” in someone as if it was slavery. Huh? This is just a stock market simulation game!
Still other writers are turned off by the thought of convincing people to “like” content that they would not normally be exposed to as if it were some type of black hat approach.
These people just don’t get it. And frankly…good riddance! I believe most of those who dislike Empire Avenue don’t understand what is going on, and merely dipped their toes in to write a review to meet some type of publishing requirement or deadline.
I prefer the reviews of those people who actually “get it”!
Internet marketers who use social media and social networking can’t get enough of any system that leverages their existing social media presence virally! Even better, Empire Avenue gives you some ability to actually direct what content to go viral!
I mean… at the end of the day… we all want to get our content into the hands of more targeted people…right?

Here’s how it works:
- You set up links from your social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, etc.) to Empire Avenue
- You create a “stock ticker” for yourself and are awarded a starting stock price and a pool of starting virtual currency called EAves.
- You get rewarded for increased social interaction. Your value goes up.
- Your stock is purchased by other members, just like a real stock. Just like the real stock market, the objective is to buy low and/or buy stocks with high dividends
- The more social interaction you have, and the more people buy shares in “you”, the more your stock price goes up.
