Staying Focused

Sometimes it can be really frustrating or even hard when you have something that is distracting you from your work.  We all face this on a normal basis and I’m going to give you some things to help you not get so much distracted.

I’m not going to guarantee it because it takes effort on your end in order for it to work.  It’s up to you and if you really want to get laser focused.

The first thing that can help you with staying focused is getting rid of any distractions you have if possible.  Some things you can’t do so much about other then finding other solutions to your distraction.

What I mean by distractions for example is to have the tv on while your working or having a room mate that likes to disturb you while you work.

You need to be clear with the ones you love about how serious this is for you and that you don’t need to be distracted.

After you do that see if the people you live with or people you don’t live with that you know can help you get rid of your distractions or help you with them.

It depends on what the distraction is honestly that’s why I said get rid or or help.

If you have kids with you it might be a good idea to ask someone to watch them in another room.  Plus it’s good to have a office so where it is quiet and you can focus more on your business.!

Something that always helps me staying focused even when my best friend bothers me with things that aren’t important is to write down what you need to get done like the night prior to the next day.

Always have your goals and your why’s in front of you somewhere!  This is a great way of reminding you why your doing your business instead of doing something with the distraction.

For me when I have something that is reminding me and sometimes it’s not what I see in front of me it’s myself… I’ll remind myself  because well it’s important to me.

So, if you need a reminder on why your doing this business then yes put it in front of you somehow.

You can also put it on the fridge and even put it in the bathroom to remind you!  Here is something else that is very important to help you stay focused is to write down your goals and plan your future.

Remember there is short term goals and there is long term goals.  It’s very important to have goals you need to know what it is you are shooting for!

Planning your future is where you visualize how your future is going to be and have an end as well!!!  Majority of you will probably not even do this but if you do this your gonna be shocked when things start happening.  Visualizing is a really great way of seeing great things come to you!

One last thing I’ve heard over and over that I want to share with you is to remember what it is you want in your life!  Write it down on paper, make a video on your computer with pictures of what you want with a tune that rocks your socks off and then watch that every day while visualizing.
