Apple’s core “Why” was a non violence revolution of challenging the status quo of business. Wozniak and Jobs saw the personal computer as the way for the little guy to take on the corporation. That was their “Why”. The company has stayed true to that purpose in everything they do.

Other examples are Dr. King, Walt Disney, Harley-Davidson, John F. Kennedy & Ronald Reagan. These leaders all had dreams and it was about helping, inspiring and uplifting other people.

Empower Network’s “Why” is empowering the little guy to make the same amount of money on the internet as the “gurus”.

Finding your “Why” may take a little soul searching but we all have unique abilities that will help us become inspiring leaders. Look towards what your passions are, what turns you on, for your “Why”. Your path is waiting for you!
