Knowledge is power, but wisdom is more than everything else in our lifetime. However, today’s society faces so many challenges by lack of wisdom. In addition, People are not enjoying life by lack of it as well. So, WISE Strategy dissects the efficiency of wisdom in a society. Cliff Wane endorses the matter

Wisdom is precious than everything, such as superpower; but people are not interested in it, when things seem working well. However, talking about the efficiency of wisdom remains a critical matter; because wisdom is unknown to those in position. As soon as challenges go beyond human expectations, specific societies start targeting Wise Men to solve big crisis. Wow! It becomes important.

Why Wise Men are so ingenious than others? Let us discover its real meaning;

I would like to reveal what has been so precious to me; discovering how these two strategies are really helpful to people. So, calling someone Wise is not all easy. Are you wise, really?  Yes. What?

I remember when living in South Africa, in my position of Head of Excellence Africa and Consultant to DRC embassy. People usually came to seek advice during night to me, because of my discretion and my ability of providing relevant solutions in due season. So, wisdom is not visible to naked eyes; but people find its importance, when they face serious obstacles.

After experiencing the impact of wisdom, I find necessary to preserve reputation by intensifying actions than vain declarations/talk. A Wise Man does unchanged work.” I cannot say today:”I love you”, or we need regime change. Afterward, I hate you. We have to work together “with the same regime” for the benefit of everyone.” Are you wise or intelligent? Talking about extremism is irrelevant, because wisdom is higher than intelligence.
Intelligence services and scientific innovations do its job, according to severe strategies. But wisdom is able to interfere everywhere. To understand this way of thinking, wisdom provokes leakage of information; intelligence is part of wisdom, and wise men are visionary.

In a nutshell, Concept Wise covers wisdom, vision, intelligence/innovation, Strategy/solutions, Experience/exercise. Therefore, wisdom leads mature people and deserving societies.

WISE strategy is the leading strategy, because of its impact on other strategies.

1. Wisdom

Wise Men must be available to serve people, via their sense of innovation. In addition, their intelligence has to be used for the benefit of societies.

However, every wise man is able to set up exceptional strategies to solve key matters, as he is a magnanimous Manager. Moreover, important decisions come from wise man, because such decisions are unchanged. It means that a word from wise man remains credible and powerful.

Therefore, prior analysis has been carefully elaborated under oath. Normally, wise Men are not declaring without prior evaluations.
In a nutshell, concept wisdom means;

• Willing
• Innovation/intelligence
• Strategy/Solution
• Decide
• Oath
• Magnanimous/management

Management comes from wisdom, that is why every Manager seems always to be visionary in a company, like its radar. Oh yes, Management is part of wisdom indeed.

2. Intelligence/innovation

Intelligence is an exceptional ability that is able to embark a city. However, it can help to build, to develop, to destroy and to sustain something. In addition, innovation is its cornerstone.

Wise Men are always intelligent, because they are able to innovate in a society. Innovation is very important, as people are always expecting solutions from key players.

Who is the key player of your city? Is there one?
Any key player has great ability to pour strategies of re launching, rebuilding and restarting. Otherwise, he is not key player. Are you aware of that?

Intelligence and innovation are part of wise Man; otherwise he is not at all. To emphasize this conclusion, let me say that wise men provide exceptional solutions that are called “innovation”.”Please, can you advise me?  Yes, I can. No, actually I am not able because of my limited knowledge. You are not wise, my Dear. Wow! Wisdom/innovation is the key to every obstacle.

“I remember when I was about to finalize architecture of Katanga Western Cape Bilateral in 2007; my mind referred me to achievements than thoughtless conditions. So, I did it for free of charge; really a freelancer, with large gestures of goodwill. «It was an innovation; people were surprised to see a Negotiator, working without a single support from concerned provincial governments.”

A wise man does not rely on Money, because he dreams to deliver always; even for free of charge. It means innovation. Can you do it?

3. Strategy/solutions

Strategizing is daily activity of wise men; because people are always referring matters to them for right solutions. So, pleasure makes them unable to solve key issues; consequently, deserving wise men must not spend time in some areas.

However, providing solutions is the main focus of deserving wise people, as today’s society seeks everyday proper interventions. Strangely, most of today’s leaders are appointed friends and relatives at top position of advisory services and strategies in cabinet and companies.

With regard to the abovementioned, bankruptcy, rocketing riot, mismanagement and collapse of systems are results in today’s world. Here, I try to appeal to people in position; they have to consider ability and wisdom than relationship. So, this way of solving problems means strategy of rebuilding a company/country.

4. Experience/Exercise

EE, Exercise and experience are working together; daily exercise provides experience. So, people of great ability need daily exercise in order to add value to their experience.

However, every wise man embodies a consequent experience. Here, let me say that it is irrelevant to be wise without experience/high imagination. What kind of wise man are you “without experience”?

Exercise and experience allow people to analyze matter equally; it means that they cannot support wicked instead of just/righteous.

Being Wise is not easy, but people must seek advice to wise Men; because they are so exceptional for sustainable happiness and ideal development in today’s society. However, wise men are carrying big heart and high personality; consequently, I would like to see everyone following wise Men advice.
