I am trying something new…

Happy “Something new” Saturday (or very early Sunday as the case may be )

I remember back in my younger bachelor days. We had a common saying, because our days blended so much, we would say “It’s not tomorrow until after you sleep!” It was often days at a time, back then. I would work 4 shifts over 3 jobs and sleep after I had finished the last job. By then I was wiped, but in my head, even though it was over 32 hours of work, I was still mentally on the same day. So it is today, while I no longer run 30 plus hours of work any more, I also don’t run 36 hour games of Axis and Allies like I did in college

I am going to be trying something new with my blogs, don’t worry, it’s not a big change up… But I am going to use a dictation software to speed up my entries, and I am going to start doing some video as well. I figure the video will be part of my secondary posts and we will see how the voice to text works on the traffic posts. Should be fun. I managed to get myself a copy of Nuance, Dragon Naturally speaking 12. I used to have Dragon Naturally Speaking 10, so I am hoping this one is 20% better As far as the video end goes, I think I will l be using the Windows media software I already have, and maybe some online software I found for editing. Then I am going to upload to YouTube and start building a channel. I will also re-post them to my blog straight from YouTube.

Some More “Something New”

Remember my other site, www.casinocrushing.com? I am happy to report I have had next to no time for it. It’s been an interesting endevour, and I am considering selling the site, the blogger blog, and the facebook page.
