Happy Tuesday!!! I hope your week has been as busy and happy as mine. I managed to get in some quality game time with the kids tonight, and enjoyed a great buffalo burger my wife made. Now I am sitting back and watching a little Chelsea Lately. But if you ask me about it, I’ll tell you it was Rockie’s choice, she loves it Now what does that have to do with traffic? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. BUT it does set up something else. The reason I do this. I do this to bring traffic. The traffic, to bring money, the money to bring more time with my family and to take on my own projects. How? Well I am glad you asked!!! Check this out!!! 88. Join a Yahoo or Google group and use it to drive traffic to your site.
Now this is another quickie to explain, and a little longer to put into practice. If you join Yahoo or Google groups (or any other numerous groups out there) you want to make sure:
1) Okay with you posting links. Some sites and or groups require a certain number of posts before you are allowed to post links. So do what you can.
2) Pick groups with people that will be interested in your products. Once again, selling home divorce kits at a dating group may not be quite a match.
3) Be real. Be yourself, don’t be a “salesman”. If you want them to respect and check out your stuff, don’t focus on selling them, try to focus on helping them.
4) Put some time and effort into the group. That being said, don’t spread yourself to thin…. but nothing says you can’t copy your posts from one site to the other…. just don’t swamp them all
