Happy Tuesday!!!

I have been rocking like nobodies business today!!! I listen to Grooveshark, if you don’t have a free account, get one It allows you up to two (for some reason I have 3) playlists of up to 1,000 songs. They recommend music based on your likes, and genres, and basically it’s great. You like to rock? Look for “danloewen’s playlist”. Anyway, they suggested a group I have not been able to stop listening to today. So for fun I’ve included a link to a great song by the band

. Thanks Grooveshark So now that I have the tunes cranked and am in the mood to get some things done lets touch base here a bit. I have been informed by the “Jon” that be, that I will be required to commute several days a week to our storage location to oversee their work. There is no say in it, there is no “bonus”, my gas will be paid for, but I will still be required to do all of my work when I get back from these excursions. So, I have been added a 3 hour round trip and a minimum of 2 hours on site per visit, effectively loosing a minimum of 5 hours each day, and will be expected to continue my performance at my actual location. Think I may have cracked a filling today. I gritted my teeth so hard my jaw still hurts. So when someone feels the need to ask me why I could possibly be looking to work my way out of my “job” this will be one of the high point reminders. How about you? You started to try and figure out how to remove yourself from the b.s. work equation? No? Not to that point yet? Maybe? Starting to get curious? Yes, please show me how!!! No matter what your answer, we all know how frail the economy is, we know how bad companies and bad management can screw us over, and we’ve seen the increases in the homeless and jobless numbers. Where will you be financially if you get downsized? How long can you go on what you have saved? A month? 2 months? I remember when I had my own business. Nobody but myself and one employee to look out for. Was really starting to take off, the money was getting good and BOOM, the bottom dropped out. I managed 3 months on no income (or close enough to no income as to be loosing money) before I had to close the doors. I am still dealing with the repercussions of the bankruptcy, and swore to myself that I would do everything in my power to make sure I was never left in that position again. Now I have a family, a wife and two midgets, a veritable herd of animals, and a few mootchy friends that I support. How much more important is it to me now, to make sure I can take care of things. 105. Get PR 4+ backlinks to improve your search engine ranking.

This is a good one, and it gets me a little excited So let’s get into things with our regular starting point. A question. What the Heck is pr and what does the 4+ mean? Well where do we usually go to find our answers? That’s right, Wiki-up folks

“Google search algorithm” redirects here. For other search algorithms used by Google, see Google Penguin and Google Panda. PageRank is a link analysis algorithm, named after Larry Page[1] and used by the Google web search engine, that assigns a numerical weighting to each element of a hyperlinked set of documents, such as the World Wide Web, with the purpose of “measuring” its relative importance within the set. The algorithm may be applied to any collection of entities with reciprocal quotations and references. The numerical weight that it assigns to any given element E is referred to as the PageRank of E and denoted by PR(E).
The value of incoming links is colloquially referred to as “Google juice”, “link juice” or “Pagerank juice” Thank you Wikipedia. That was just the basics, you want a little more meat to it? I love this stuff, and will be spending a good chunk of “Happy No Jon Day!!!” Reading this If you understand at all my love of numbers, formula and statistics, you may understand why the following picture gets me a little more excited than it probably should. The thing is, if you can break something down into a quantifiable formula, you can take the steps to achieve it. Knowing what you have to do is the major point of accomplishing. Shy of getting off your backside and doing it.

You see this is almost hand and hand with my desire to understand statistics in gambling. If you understand the statistics, you can make money. If you understand how to Rank in Google, you can get the traffic. I will be doing a segment on statistics that I should tie into this sometime soon on www.CasinoCrushing.com. SO now we know what a PR 4+ link is, how do we go about getting them? Good question There are a couple of ways, but the fastest is purchase the links. This is very simple to do…. Do a quick Google search of pr4 backlinks and you will find a TON of people wanting to sell you the links you need. Then the next easiest route is software. Once again Google away. I have even found a few freebies that will do it for you. But remember, software can make it so you actually get de-indexed from Google. Look it up, it happens a lot, do your due diligence. The next route would be to set up your own backlinks with these sites. A little more time consuming, but a natural way to do it, and really probably the safest. This whole step is a large amount to digest. While I would love to spend the next week just on this step alone, I don’t think it would benefit you all that much, so tomorrow I will move to the next step.
