The days of hiding your smile are over! A mouth full of yellow teeth can be embarrassing, but there is good news. Now there are a lot of things you can do to whiten the teeth. Whether you want professional treatments, or a do-it-yourself home kit, you can choose from several different options to get a beautiful smile.
Hydrogen Peroxide
A mouthwash that whitens teeth is recommended. While a whitening mouthwash won’t offer instant results, it’s an easy way to maintain a brighter shade long-term. Many brands of whitening mouthwashes include hydrogen peroxide as the active ingredient. Hydrogen peroxide is a well-known tooth whitening agent. Rinse your mouth with the mouthwash twice every day for about 30 seconds before you brush your teeth.
It is important to brush your teeth regularly if you seek a nice looking smile. A poor or irregular dental routine will allow food to stay on your teeth and cause discoloration and plaque. Discoloration won’t build up as badly if you brush frequently.
Make yourself a strawberry toothpaste for brushing. Strawberries have properties that allow them to whiten your teeth. To make this paste, you will need 1/4 cup water, three mashed strawberries and 1/2 cup baking soda.
To make your teeth look whiter naturally, use strawberries! Strawberries have been proven effective in whitening teeth. Use a crushed strawberry as toothpaste or just rub it over your teeth. Let 5 minutes pass and then clean it off. You CAN use your tongue, but make sure to follow that up with a clean toothbrush.
While you are brushing your teeth, you are protecting your teeth. You should use a whitening toothpaste. There are a lot of various options to choose from; with research you will find the one that works best for you.
To whiten your teeth, try a mixture of regular table salt and lemon juice. Keep it sealed in a container and you can use it many times over, without worrying about it spoiling rapidly.
Crunchy Foods
Eat lots of crunchy foods. Carrots, celery, and apples can positively influence the whiteness of your teeth. The abrasiveness of crunchy foods can clean your teeth when you chew them. Take care to consume them in their whole condition, rather than slicing or dicing them.
There isn’t a legitimate reason why one should have yellowed or stained teeth during this time where there are multiple ways to whiten teeth. The options available include whitening toothpastes, home kits and professional whitening treatments. Many of these do not cost much and it does not take long to see results
