I Have A Dream

What Do You Do Now?

So What Now?

Have you heard the term hard work beats talent when talent stops working hard?

This never really impacted me until a few days ago.

ONE THING I REALIZED in my business is that those who work hard will make MUCH MORE than those who are talented.

I was thinking about this statement because I consider myself to be talented. I am a quick learner and I grasp things a lot faster than most. The ONE thing I lacked until just a few days ago is Hard work. Something hit me so hard that I had a huge reality check.

What do you do when you know you are talented?

STAY CONSISTENT

I have realized that those in THIS Business who are making ANY money aren’t the ones who are incredibly talented. They are the ones who

  • Work Their ASSES off
  • Stay Consistent even when they Make Money
  • Don’t Give Up
  • Learn the skills and PRACTICE the skills.

I know we all think and feel we are doing what it takes when we are not having the level of success we want. But the sad reality is we aren’t even close.

I am living proof. I have changed my results, ALMOST, overnight.

When you really want something bad enough you will do it UNTIL you get it. That is a HUGE key I learned from my training that I went through.

So What Do you Do At This Point?

Take Action. Get started if you haven’t already. Make a choice before the carpet rolls out and you get left in the dust.

I wasn’t going to share this but I feel like I have to.

Let me tell you a story real quick. A story of something I personally went through.

I was sitting at my desk in my home office. Thinking of how I will commit to changing my life and my families life. How I can change and affect the world.

Then I get a phone call from the Best Man at My wedding. He tells me his son is in the hospital.

My heart literally sinks. I haven no idea what to say or do at this point.

I try to speak but nothing comes out. He had a heart attack.

My Best Man went to the hospital and spent time with his son. For the last time..

I get the news and am shattered. It hurts. Yes. But then I have a conversation. Something that makes me think.

This young man lived a life that MANY dream of. He has affected and changed lives of people who needed it the most.

I am 10 years older than this young man and my life will forever be impacted by me knowing him.

The conversation I had made me think…. Made me realize. That maybe his time on this planet wasn’t short at all. Maybe he lived 2 lives in one. Maybe his purpose on this planet was to change ME for the better. Change the people he KNEW for the better.

I was deeply touched by this. And blessed to have known him. He is an inspiration to me and will always be remembered in my heart. Not by his death but by his life. But how he has impacted me and affected my life.

I am more motivated so I can make a change in peoples’ lives like he did mine.

It is only the beginning.

I look forward to your Success,

Corey Otten

p.s. What is making me so motivated is the fact that I can’t even make it to his funeral to be with loved ones. To be with those who care the most. It hurts me to think but I know that this pain is only an illusion. He is not in pain in death. Only we on Earth are.

This is all I can say right now.

Thank you for reading.
